XUL is COOL

My good friend Christian has been a long time XUL fan, countless times we have put up with his ravings about its greatness.

If you have not before heard of XUL you are probably unaware that Firefox is based on the technology for its user interface. Essentially it enables full application user interfaces to be developed in a similar way to a website. It can then be deployed standalone or over the web. For more information, probably best to have a look at the XUL website or ask Christian directly!

So now Christian is going to prove to the world that XUL is COOL! Christian will be presenting a session at the PHP Melbourne user group Thursday the 13th of September. Unfortunately I will be overseas, as will be Scott, Corey and Roger! Please go along to the user group and show Christian some support!
